繳費方式及退費規定

《繳費方式》
本課程於報名達到名額確認開課後，將依報名時間先後依序以email/ Line提供轉帳及匯款帳號，敬請學員於報名後留意email/ Line，並請於本課程提供轉帳及匯款帳號後完成下述報名事項，如逾以下期限完成報名事項者，將取消其該次報名，由順位遞補之：
1.請於接獲本課程提供轉帳及匯款帳號後3天內完成繳費。
2.繳費後請email/ Line回覆下列資訊：
（1）轉帳或匯款日期
（2）轉帳或匯款之銀行或郵局帳號後5碼

《退費規定》
在您報名參加課程之前，請審慎確認您的行程是否能夠參與。報名後，請謹記您即要承擔對家中狗狗的教育和訓練的責任。
1. 如於學員轉帳或匯款後，本課程因故未能開班或報名班次已額滿，本課程將全額退還學員已繳費用。
2. 本課程於開課日後不予退費。如於開課日前1天（不含開課日），因學員個人因素擬取消報名者，本課程依下列標準辦理退費，並自退費金額中另扣除手續費50元：
（1）學員自完成報名事項（含轉帳或匯款）後至開課日前5天（不含開課日）申請退費者，本課程全額退還學員已繳學費。
（2）學員自完成報名事項（含轉帳或匯款）後至開課日前1天（不含開課日）申請退費者，本課程退還學員已繳學費之50%。
3. 學員因故缺課者，可於次期團體班補課，補課相關事宜請洽老師。

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment
Once we reach the minimum enrollment (3 dogs) and confirm class running status, based on your sign up date; a class starting confirmation email/ Line with bank transfer information. Fail to complete the following will result in cancellation. And your spot will be fill by wait list.
1. Please transfer class fee within 3 days receiving class starting confirmation email/ Line
2. Once arrange transfer, please provide your bank name and last 5 digit of your account

Refund
Please carefully consider your schedule, commitment to training, and your dog before registering for class.
1. After the student's fund transfer, if the class can not start for any reason or the registered class is full, the fee paid will be refund to the student in full.
2.Once the class is started (on the date of the class), no refund will be provided.
If due to personal reason student need to cancel their class, basic on following criteria refund is available with NT 50 processing fee deducted from the refunded amount.
(1) Student complete registration and fee transfer, request for cancellation 5 days before class date (not include date of class) will receive full refund
(2) Student complete registration and fee transfer, request for cancellation 1 day before class date (not include date of class) will receive 50% refund
(3) Make up class is possible, can move your registration to the next class, please contact instructor for detail
